I’ve never thought that one day I’ll come to the Fatboy Slim’s show…

When I was 15 or 16 years old I was looking for something new in music, something NOT rock and NOT punk and one day I bought a compact disc “Big beat. Vol 1” with electronic music- Big Beat and different sub-styles. Of course the first track on this CD was “Right Here, Right Now” (from the album “You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby”, 1998), for my rock-soul in was like an explosion- electronic music with minimum text, Indian melodies and these repetitive minimal beats. Yes, I fell in love and spent all my pocket money to buy Fatboy Slim’s albums- “Better Living Through Chemistry”, “You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby”, “Halfway Between the Gutter and the Stars” and “Palookaville”. I was (and I think I’m) his huge fan and I always dreamed of attending his show.
After 11 years my dream came true and I was a part of this rave. I can’t say it was good or bad, it was Fatboy Slim and I was like a 15-years-old kid who saw the person that changed his music tastes.
