In 2009 I photographed my first Asaf Avidan’s show.
Asaf came to Beer Sheva with his previous band “Asaf Avidan & The Mojos” to present their album “Poor Boy / Lucky Man” in small club. From 2009 to 2015 I’ve shoot 6 or 7 shows of this musician, and it always were great shows on high level. Unfortunately, each next time was more harder and harder to get an accreditation (sometimes harder than getting an accreditation to the shows of International stars). This time I’ve got an accreditation, but only for three songs next to the stage, and after three songs I had to leave photo-pit. Buuut…I’ve got a ticket to the balcony (without access to the stage), and I was shooting from 40 meters. Actually I don’t understand why they gave me accreditation and ticket to the farthest balcony.
